Don’t let the first picture (reception area) fool you. It is not a new hotel, and the rooms are outdated. Just the reception area is renovated. Paints are chipping off the walls, and hallways and rooms have a musky smell. Not as expected from the pictures. Will not stay again.

Our stay was good, but the one thing that disappointed most was indeed, our requested for adjacent rooms that was very important didn't happen. We were given two rooms at different floors. Our booking and reservation was dependent on having adjacent rooms. The reason for not getting the adjacent rooms was that the hotel was fully booked.

Rooms dirty and smelly. Manager was very accommodating and able to allow us to switch rooms twice. Carpets stained very smelly. Third room was better but would not stay there again !

Comfortable stay in Owen Sound
Very good. Convenient location. Easy access to car from first floor and if you have a dog, easy to let it in and out.Comfortable beds.

Stay here all the time for work..... great staff very friendly and easy to deal with.... however I find some beds better than others. Hopefully they will update all mattresses........
