Absolutely disgusting. There was urine in the elevator, my room was filthy, the sheets and towels were clearly unwashed, and it looked like the room hadn’t been cleaned at all. Stay far away.

STAFF NOT OVERLY FRIENDLY OR WELCOMING. MOST OF LIGHTS IN ROOM WERE OUT, HAD TO USE CELL PHONES FOR LIGHTING. COCKROACHES THROUGHOUT ROOM. ROOM KEY WOULD NOT WORK MOST OF THE TIME. TRASH BIN WAS COVERED IN MOLD OR A BLACK SOOT. WALLS SCRIBBLED ON. MICROWAVE HAD FOOD IN IT.

Hotel is in dire need of repair and upkeep. We checked in and made it to our room where we were greeted by roaches in a dimly lit room that reminded me of a jail cell. We didnt stay and checked out immediately. DO NOT BOOK

The stay was fine but the room had a large section of a wall recently repaired but unpainted so it didn't have a great aesthetic. There were no trash containers in the room or bathroom so that was a bit off putting. The TV was mounted poorly and looked like it could fall off the wall.

Not as advertised. My room did not have a latch lock, paint was unfinished, mirror was not hanging on the wall, mold in the bathroom, broken outlets, dirty tub, that mattress on the bottom of the bed looks like its probably 20+ years old and never been washed. Key card did not work about 60% of the time. I really dont care if stuff is being remodeled but dont book people in unfinished dingy rooms ffs.

The building is infested with cockroaches!! This place is inhabitable and should be burnt down!!! Hotels.com should not let anyone book into this hotel!!! cockroaches everywhere in the room!! at first, it was smaller ones, then later at night, more came out, and bigger ones came out. I told front desk and they sent a maintenance guy to use pesticide that was supposed to contact-to-kill, and he even left me the pesticide so I could use it. I was basically chasing roaches all night and drowning them in pesticide, still wouldn't die. I have requested a room change and they didn't have any room. because it's too intolerable -how do I sleep at night knowing more and more coming out to party?! they finally made a change of room, it's less roaches but the room didn't have curtain. and on night 2, more roaches come out!! if I had the energy and it was earlier in the day, I would definitely have left the hotel, this hotel should be reported to the authority!!

Has no lights at all and bugs everywhere. Also a bunch of ghetto people in the parking lot hanging out in lawn chairs like it’s their backyard. This place is not suitable for humans to be staying.

I don’t where to start. The pictures are very deceiving, my room only had one bedside lamp which didn’t light up much of the room. The walls were paper thin and you could hear everything that was happening in the other rooms. There was trash everywhere in the hallways and the whole building smelt of cigarette and weed. There were multiple drug deals outside at all hours of the day.

Needs complete makeover. King room had no place to sit down, hang your cloths, no dressor. Tv remote did not work.

They will complain to you for leaving garbage in your room before you leave, but they haven't seen the backs of or underneath ANY of their furniture in years. I had to mop the floors by hand and I found all kinds of paraphernalia and decorative pieces from someone's Valentine's Day gift (it's currently May). Their prices are too high for all of the problems with this place. Walking to the stadium from here is sketchy during certain times of day.

I was given two rooms that were not up to a standard room things don’t work in the room. Front desk acted like they didn’t care. Lights missing and not working no fridge in one of the rooms and no blankets or towels were in the room. When asked for towels were given big towels and hand towels only to use had to go purchase towels to shower. Worst stay ever will never stay there again. Rooms were not worth what we paid. Trash cans in the hallways were over flowing and it had a bad smell. They don’t clean your room when asked also had to keep getting keys reprogrammed due to not working at all.
