The stay was good, friendly staff at the front desk. Received an email the day before arrival saying to call a certain number to have the shuttle pick up from airport. Tried the # for 30 mins and it was busy every time. Arrived at hotel and the shuttle was sitting out front with driver. Mentioned it at front desk @ check-in and no explanation or why. Just sorry about that. Little annoying

They charge extra for parking and then charge for using a credit card which is the only option to pay for parking. Bartender talked continually for 45 minutes. Room was usual nice Hyatt place suite. But breakfast wasn’t ready in the morning. Parking situation very off putting. Other options are around.

The property was modern and clean. The staff was super friendly and helped make our stay a memorable experience. One opportunity for improvement would be the quality of breakfast foods. The first night stay was exceptional. However, upon return we called for pickup at airport immediately upon arrival at 11:30. The van did not wait for us to get our luggage and when we called the property, the on-duty person was extremely rude. Therefore, we had to obtain other transportation to get our vehicles.
