Quarto amplo e confortável, cafeteira, frigobar e microondas. Apesar de ser um quarto para fumantes não apresentava muito cheiro de cigarro. Banheiro limpo. Estávamos de passagem por Springfield/MO e o hotel nos atendeu muito bem na relação custo benefício. Tem estacionamento super prático. Boa localização com alguns restaurantes perto como o Steak’N Shake. Bom atendimento, colaboradores simpáticos e atenciosos.

All I ask from a hotel is that it is clean, comfortable and the air-conditioning work. This checked all of the boxes and the staff was super helpful and friendly. The breakfast was meh (waffles, hard boiled eggs, biscuits & gravy, cereal and toast), but I got enough to eat. I would certainly stay here again.

Our only rant was lack of breakfast. When a place advertises breakfast from 6-9am (or whatever the hours are) and they run out of food at 8am, if you call it a breakfast buffet, shouldn’t you refill the food up until 9am? I’m on vacation and not getting up at 6am just to make sure I’m first in line to get food.

Just not what I expected.

Wasn’t what we expecting.The room had a musty smell to it. Very basic room, only. Two towels for 3 travelers. Only one of the three key cards worked and it was very fickle. The breakfast was cold.! The only warm thing was the waffle I made. Took it back to room to use microwave and it either didn’t work or wasn’t plugged in. Just disappointed.

The room was good overall but house keeping definitely needs to pay more attention to detail. The chair definitely needs the seat fixed or replaced.

Rooms do not look like the photos. It was quaint, was much older than I expected. The beds were clean but instantly it smelled like cigarette smoke. I asked the front desk about it and they insisted jt was smoke free. It does not feel smoke free.
