When we checked in, our room was not available and took about 1-2 hours before delivery. After checking into my room, I was underwhelmed by the located (view of a wall from the "balcony") so I walked around to see if this was normal across the property and it was not. It seemed that we had been given a room that was closest to a wall, with no view. In my opinion, at least from the outside, it must have been the worst located room on the entire property. The word "Luxury" is associated to the room type on your website, which is highly misleading. When I approached the front desk to provide feedback, the person offered me a drink ticket, as if I was just complaining to get something for free. That was insulting. I kindly declined the offer and gave him a few moments to simply look at his computer to see if there was another room he could put is in (same type), but he couldn't be bothered. It appeared to me that making that sort of an effort was simply out of the question. Pretty disappointing.
