Very bad experience about their quality of service. We book a half board booking for 8 rooms which should include Dinner & Breakfast. But when we arrive, the reception told us that they didnʻt know our booking would come with dinner. After 30 mins of negotiation, the staff confirm with hotels.com (Expedia) on the situation and said we can have dinner for free.
However, when we check out on next day, another staff asked us to pay for the dinner. It take us another 30 mins to negotiate with the staff before we can barely meet our flight schedule.
This is a terrible experience for me and I am not going to stay in this Hotel anymore.
