I booked this place through Expedia and drove about 8 hours from south of Sydney to the hotel location on 30th of December 2020, but the owner told me that it was a mistake and they are not with Expedia anymore. She told me that my booking should have been cancelled and they could not accomodate us. So I ended up driving back towards Sydney again on the same day. I also had to book an accomodation which I did not want in Newcastle for the night. I also massaged the owner to follow up the problem I never heard from them.
