I was just a little disappointed in Texas with post Covid restrictions. They were supposed to be breakfast all there was was wrapped bagels and wrapped cream cheese and cold coffee extremely bad yogurt. As for the amenities of coming to your room we didn't see a person in the four days with that same sheets same towels same everything. Why am I paying the hotel fee if I'm not getting anything in return.

I did not get the room I paid for. I paid for two queens for five people I received a king. Was told nothing they can do people who book direct with Hilton get the preference of the room choice third party bookers get what is left. Had to rent another room at a hotel nearby. Would not issue a credit since the room I paid for was more expensive. No supervisor to call, the gentleman said no supervisor that he is the end all be all and I will receive no credit or a different room. So rude

I rented to Queens and got a room with a king for five people. The front desk would not accommodate us because they said people who booked through a third-party do not get first choice people to book through Hilton do. I paid for two queens they would not give me a refund or even attempt to accommodate. The front desk person was rude said there was no manager to call whatsoever that he was the end all be all. I will be calling Hilton because this is unfair I pay just as much as anyone who books through Hilton if not more

There was trash under the furniture, cockroaches and no phone in the room. They didn’t give us washing liquid for what dishes were left In the room. No ice in the hotel and the “continental breakfast” was a joke.. bagel, boiled eggs and yogurt... no juice no cereal for kids, nothing.. it was ok for the few days we were here but I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

The only hotel I've ever been to that early check-in was completely refused. The entire parking lot was empty!!! It was about 1pm when I tried to check in and was told my room wasn't ready... I'll take any room... nope. Couldn't believe it. So, i just got a room next door.

Rooms were not thoroughly cleaned and often times key amenities were missing.Front staff does not live up to their promises and retaliated when complained about .

There were roaches in my room. There was Jaír in the shower. The bed looked like it had been slept in.

Breakfast was a box with frozen prepackaged boiled eggs and a cold bagel but that is understandable with Covid.

The room was really nice & big... however... let me tell you it’s right off the highway and the noise overnight from trucks, motorcycles and all passing was insane. We didn’t get any sleep and extremely frustrated with that. Upon walking in the room I thought the windows were open bc it was loud already. But again. The room was nice bed comfy. Also note the GPS takes you past the hotel so that was fun trying to figure out how to get there.
