The only amazing thing about the hotel is the location and access to the tube. Otherwise the bed was the most uncomfortable bed I ever slept on in my life. Cleaning was bad. For two people, they only left one set of towels. Bathroom door was broken and we couldn’t close it. Shower curtain was broken. It wasn’t possible to open the window to get a good ventilation in the room. We asked for the room to be cleaned and they didn’t even take the garbage out. Also to be fair, the staff had good attitude, but it doesn’t really matter when every thing else is horrible.

Petite chambre mais suffisante pour 2/3 jours, le lit est confortable. Petits bémols pour la pression de l’eau dans la douche qui est très faible. Dans l’ensemble bon hôtel proche du métro et de quelques bars ou restaurants.

Excellent accueil, disponibilité du personnel (Bray, Fanica) qui a su nous dépanner d'un adapteur de prise. Petit déjeuner à volonté pour seulement 8 GBP. Seule critique : la moquette ancienne qui mériterait un nettoyage mais il semblerait que son changement fasse partie d'un prochain chantier.

As a female solo traveler coming from Australia l felt extremely safe and comfortable in this place,wonderful comfortable bed and great room ,the complimentary coffee machine was a godsend and the breakfast was fantastic- highly recommend will stay there again
