We stayed here 2 nights . I walked out to my car with a few bags , the gentlemen at the front desk said “have a great day” no later than 10 min I walked back in , grabbed a coffee , and he asked “ are you staying here in a very condescending tone “ I said yes and held up my key and informed him I had just walked out 5 min ago: no apology or anything . Made me feel like I needed to prove to him I was a guest was disappointment , and lack of attention to the guests of the hotel . As someone who is the first person you see when you walk in the hotel , I would strongly consider training the front desk to be friendly and attentive to guests .

While the staff were pleasant, the hotel is old and in disrepair. We had giant holes and stains on our carpet, the furniture was banged up, and the bathroom was in rough shape. My child commented, "this is gross". Definitely not up to Marriott's or my standards. Very disappointing.
