Disappointed

The facility was obviously old and poorly kept. Overpriced at $150 night w taces. Carpets in halls and stairwells filthy. Room carpets and bathrooms with No attention to detail. Buckets in hall catching drops of water. Building run down. First room had someone sleeping in it !!! Landscape full of weeds. Cancelled my second night. Noise from freeway so loud couldn’t sleep.

Unimpressed

There was dirt on the walls in the bathroom and next to the bed. 2 queen size beds and they gave us 2 towels. We were checking in a 3. No pool towels. The jacuzzi in the pool area was lime colored and paint was peeling. Unimpressed

Got the job done but wouldn’t stay again

No one was at the desk for over 15 minutes when we got there to check in. Even after ringing the bell we had to wait. The gym was out of order and the air conditioning unit made awful noise.

Keep your expectations very low

The price was great, the accommodations were not. When my family walked into the room, it was evident the floor had not been cleaned in some time. There were stains on the floor that appeared to be dried dirt. When I went to place refrigerated items in the room refrigerator, a soda can had exploded inside and was never cleaned. There was a significant leak from the shower glass door. I snapped a photo after the first shower; however, after all of my family members were done it looked like the bathroom flooded.

Stay far away

We were told there was a room available for 3 people. They allowed us to book the room knowing it was a room with only 1 kind bed, no couch, murphy, or roll away bed. We left with no place to go, because the property was disgusting.

Disgusting

Waited 30 minutes until someone showed up at the front desk to book us in! Then, we were booked into two separate rooms that didn’t have curtains/blinds/shades. The final room had stained sheets so we used our own. The pool had floating band-aids and the hot tub was disgusting. Do yourself a favor and don’t book this hotel.

Hotel from Hell

The amenities we were most interested and the reason we chose this hotel, were not available. The common areas were visibly dirty and the room furnishings were very cheap in quality. When I tried to address my concerns I was treated very rudely and told I could vacate the room. I would have opted to leave had it not been so late at night. Something sketchy was going on right next door as I observed people in handcuffs and lots of police when I went out to the car. To top off our dissatisfaction, someone pulled the fire alarm at 7am. We will never stay in another La Quinta hotel.
