Bad plumbing. Bad smell. Bad breakfast.
Plumbing problems in our room. Shower drained extremely slow and the toilet backed up continuously. We reported the toilet problem and supposedly it was fixed only to return to our room and find same issue. Had to go get a plunger from the front desk to use ourselves. Also room and hall had bad smell. Breakfast is a brown bag of muffins and cold sandwich- not very tasty.

poor hotel choice
This hotel was under construction and the noisexwas from 7am till 4pm. The guy at front desk was rude. i was charged 25 and 100 deposit to check in early. I had to keep calling the front desk. i got no rest for work. ut was terrible!!!! i will never ever stay here or suggest this hotel to anyone ever

Great service, comfortable room.
Great service, comfortable room. Reasonable restrictions in place for COVID prevention, including a "to-go" style breakfast. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room is well laid out and the furniture is comfortable.

NOT a pet friendly hotel
I made an arrangement to stay at this location for a night and was elated to find that this place was pet friendly. When i had arrived to check in, i let the front desk know i had both a cat and dog. I was immediately told that i could not stay at this hotel becuase they do not allow cats. It was 11pm and my family and i had no where else to go after driving 7 hours. I chose this hotel becuase they said they were pet friendly and allowed up to two pets. I checked my family in but I had to find another place for my pets and I to sleep. All of this was very unfornate as i was fine with paying the extra cost for my pets and they are both potty trained. PLEASE UPDATE your information page details so this does not happen anyone else and leave people last minute to find a place in a hurry to sleep. It was very upsetting to go through this. If i could give no stars, i would.
