The hotel overall is like being in a European ski village! Free hot chocolate and snacks being an added bonus! However i stayed in a spa suite and i could hear everything going on in the room next too me…one evening there was dogs unattended barking through the night and at 6am in the morning….this reported and security was straight to the door to resolve the issue…however the comotion going on outside my room went on for around a hour late in the evening and again at 6am in the morning

Not a good stay. Stayed in Spa Suite #390 & room was ridiculously hot - 76°. No A/C, no fans, no windows to open. You can only open a ground level door which means bears, critters, other humans can enter your room. Then the toilet made crazy loud sounds all night. Not when I arrived & sounds stopped next morning. Just nuts. Used earplugs to make it through night. Room could be great, hot tubs & spa look nice but comfort sucked.

Great location adjacent to the dumpster and port-a-potties. AC managed to take up floor space in a small room, and run so loud we could not have a conversation in the room. Black plastic sheeting over the window is a nice designer touch.

Bathroom Lighting

Loved my stay! Only thing needing improvement is the lighting in the bathrooms are brutal. Having one light switch is really jarring and makes the space feel really outdated. Please adjust to more modern and comfortable lighting options, like multiple switches for early AM or late at night mood lighting + how about a fan in the toilet?

What an incredible place to stay; our new favorite! Gorgeous hotel, beautiful rooms, spacious balcony, great views and due to the lay out (not standard at all), each part of the hotel feels intimate. Fantastic pool area, super costly beds, lots of free amenities. I can go on and on. We’re already talking about dates to go back :-)

We had a 3-bedroom apartment-style place. Each bedroom had its bathroom, which was perfect for our group. The kitchen, living room, and dining room space allowed for fun group gatherings.
