某一晚遇到夜間有遊民在樓下在房間聽到他們講話很大聲。除此之外都還ok。早餐的橘子很甜。床很大，睡得很舒服。

Dont use the shower/sink
Overall good location for central Sac. The staff is great and they over breakfast in the morning! The only issue was water in shower and sink came out dirty… dirt or pipe residue was left after water was turned off. Did not use any water unless i bought it myself.

Very noisy
This was the LOUDEST hotel I’ve ever stayed at. You can hear everything! They were doing construction at the hotel in the wee hours of the morning. Rooms were clean and it’s close to good bars and restaurants.

Sketchy!
Loudest room I've ever stayed in. Cleaning people wanted to clean the room at 930am. Cockroach on the bed!!! One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in and I never do reviews. Staff was kind, but didn't seem too concerned over the roach.

Convenient for convention center, low end option
Staff is wonderful, location is perfect if you have activities at the convention center. However, homeless people on drugs in the parking lot at night when we arrived, and cigarettes and trash in stairwells. Didn’t feel safe.

Don't expect much
This place was in total disrepair. The room was 59 degrees when we checked in. There was a gap in the main door to outside that you could see sun shine thru, making the room super cold unless the heater was blasting the entire stay. The bathroom door didn't close. There was mold and cracks in the bathroom walls. The paint was old and there were many cracks around the doorjambs. The check in girl was very nice however! I was very disappointed that I spent over $200 after tax, license and dock fees on such a dump.

For an older hotel, everything was very clean. The room had all the amenities needed and more. The service was excellent. The free breakfast was also a nice perk. Also, keep in mind the parking is free which is not something offered at all the hotels. For a budget friendly hotel in this area, I was very happy with the value, service, and cleanliness. I plan to stay here again in the future.

Old building but clean room, adequate breakfast and parking included, which was very practical since all street parking around the area has 2 hour limit. We were there 2 nights for an event at the Convention Center, short walk away. To visit Old Town Sacramento and Railroad Museum is 30 min walk through downtown. They did not clean our room while we were there, but for a 2 night stay it is no big deal to me.
