Don’t send your family here
Don’t send your family here. They clearly haven’t at a minimum dusted in years. Service is a total joke. There are homeless people everywhere and the lobby smells like weed.

Bad review!
My ac didn’t work and I told the front desk and send maintenance that just cleaned the filter and told us to let it run, obviously didn’t fix anything the next day I asked to be moved to another room and they refused to do it and send maintenance again who offered to change the unit and I said yes but they didn’t let him do it, so they offered a fan and I said I needed a least 2 one for the bedroom and one for the living area and the front desk said he will be up in the room again he asked maintenance if he couldn’t fix the ac and he said no so they left the room and brought the 2 fans. But I felt ignored by the front desk in my request I can even say discriminated by my race

Hotel was super convenient to Camp Pendleton North as well as downtown San Clemente. The beach was only a short drive and pub and small market within walking distance. King-sized bed was amazingly comfortable and hot tub was great! Definitely would stay again.
