First time staying here , really enjoyed the stay , the service from the minute we checked was great. Bartender was great too. The only thing is the room curtains could be a little longer so the room can be completely dark in the morning . But definitely would stay here again.

great once day parking convenience
Perfect place next to Disneyland/DCA. 15 min walk. Allows parking before visiting Disney, late check-in at 11 pm without advance notice required. No additional parking fee for parking overnight after parking there all day. Next door to IHOP, CVS. and other conveniences. My new go-to hotel next to Disneyland.

Would Stay Again
We enjoyed our stay. The beds/bedding were comfortable; everything was very clean; staff were very friendly and helpful; the pool area looked nice and inviting (we didn't use it this trip); the Christmas decorations looked great; we appreciated the close location to the parks...approx a 15 min walk down Harbour Boulevard; there were many restaurants and coffee shops close by, and a couple of drugstores on the corners adjacent to the hotel; the Gardenwalk was just a short walk down Katella. One thing we had never seen before was staff offered a complimentary, delicious drink that was on tap behind the check in counter - vodka/lemonade/curacao. It was a nice treat! The only thing we would change about the hotel is we would appreciate maid service at least once during a stay. We were there 5 nights, but we didn't have our garbage emptied or our towels exchanged for clean ones. Granted, we didn't ask for service, but it would be nice to go back to pre-Covid times where service is included without having to ask. We would definitely stay at this hotel again!

Exceptional Stay at Lulu BW Premier!

The rooms were impeccably clean, beautifully designed, and equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail in the decor and the thoughtful touches truly stood out. One of the highlights of my stay was the excellent service. Every staff member I encountered went above and beyond to ensure my visit was perfect, answering questions, providing recommendations, and always with a warm smile. The location was fantastic—conveniently close to everything yet peaceful enough for a relaxing getaway. Lulu for the Win!
We arrived earlier than check in time, but when we asked to see if there was a room the front desk clerk was extremely accommodating. She checked and found a room for us asap. We had enough time to rest before starting our vacation. The room was spacious and acoomodated our family well. The distance from the parks (and the ART stop right out front) made it the perfect choice for us. We will be staying here again!
