A good choice stay in Honolulu

The location is great and the room space is big enough for 3 people. Reception Amber is really nice and friendly, thanks for helping us get our room smoothly and early. Only onething we think can improve better that the schedule of house keeping is arranged not well. We back to our room at 2 pm then found the room not clean up yet, after that we get rest in the room around 30 minutes then waitress come. We told her we don't need to clean the room and want to stay here for resting, bur she said she must be do her job done and feel so sorry about the delayed, so we left for an hour. We didn't mad but thought this service should be improved. Others are all good.

Best hotel to stay at for convenience!

It’s a great hotel and location. They check in with you frequently to make sure you have everything you need. I was able to text and ask for things (e.g. more towels, soap refills, etc.). They have a restaurant on site with a pretty limited menu but other amazing restaurants downstairs less than 5 min away! They always had fresh towels out to use and the pool area was never too crowded. Location is amazing and I like that it’s right at the end of the beach so you can start your walk down the strip from to the hotel as your starting point. The only things I didn’t love was the elevator situation and the valet. Valet is pricey and was fully booked each day. Ended up using a public parking garage a mile away. Not a dealbreaker because we only had a car for half our trip and everything is walkable!

Great location, clean room

This hotel is not fancy and modern BUT it is in great/safe location, clean room, and staff was quick to respond to request. My only gripe is the carpet made it hard to roll our luggage. I would stay here again for sure.

Great Views From The Balcony

Great views from the balcony if you have the full ocean view. The location is ideal with the beach across the road and so many places to eat so close. Lifts are very slow. Property is dated for what they charge. The room fridge froze everything and the above floor was leaking on the bathroom ceiling.

The good, the bad and the rude

This hotel is in a great location, close to the beach and local amenities…. It has a nice pool area and bar, and the room was pleasant… Parking is far from ideal…. Either valet parking at the extortionate rate of $54/ night or self park a 5 min walk away at a similar rate…. It’s at least a 20 min wait for the car, even if you request it in advance it still isn’t collected until you are there even though the parking appears to be on the second floor of the building. Reception staff are a little rude….. my key stopped working through my stay, and I was refused another key because I hadn’t taken my ID to the beach, and had no idea what incorrect phone number and email address had been recorded at check in… despite having a copy of my booking on my phone, basically the computer said no and u think the receptionist would have been happy for me to just sleep on the street! This definitely put a dampener on what would have been a very pleasant stay ….

Muy pobre la recepción del hotel se ve sucia. Las Fotos de la zona de piscina se ven mejor de lo que realmente es. A destacar la rapidez para solucionar problemas en la habitación la nevera no funcionaba y nos llevaron otra en minutos. El jefe de seguridad muy servicial también! La ubicación es muy buena
