Un bon séjour
L'hotel est conforme au photo, il est tres bien situé a 15min de la grande place et a coté du metro. L'hotel fait tres vintage, certains endroit mériteraient une petite renovation.. La chambre etait tres propre mais trop chauffé. Les personnes de l'accueil sont de tres bons conseils pour la visite de la ville! Le petit dejeuner est un buffet tres fournis. Le prix avec petit dejeuner compris est tres competitif.

Le Dome Hotel
I know that other reviews have said the hotel is dated and old fashioned and it is but it’s not a negative for me. We had a great stay there, breakfast was fine and we were right by a metro stop. Staff all pleasant and helpful. The room was very warm and spacious. The shower was very good.The only negative really is the noise but it didn’t worry us. It’s not really anything the Hotel can change either - the constant sirens and traffic noise when you are situated by a busy road in a large city is to be expected. If you stay somewhere more modern then they will probably have better windows/soundproofing but they will also be much more pricey. We would definitely stay again.

Everything is broken - A true Belgian experience
It's easier to say what wasn't broken than what was. The beds are fine but everything else is desperate for renovations or repairs. The first room I got were extremely hot whiteout any AC and the room was packed with the stink of old tobacco smoke. I got a different room which didn't smell like smoke, but where more or less everything was broken. The tv didn't work. The faucet in the bathroom sprayed water everywhere. The bathroom had a shower and bath, but the bath faucet didn't work and the shower was painful. If you showered for five minutes, everything in the bathroom was wet. The room had a portable AC which kinda worked but filled the room with a horrible stench. The chair in the room fell apart on the first use. The door handle fell off. To top it all off, the rooms aren't sound isolated at all so you'll hear every single vehicle on the very busy street all night long as if they were driving inside the room. At least the location is fine and the breakfast wasn't terrible. Weird that they use plastic cups instead of real glasses which they had in droves, but it probably makes some sense if you don't care about money or the environment.
