I’ve stayed at this hotel several times and have always had a pleasant experience, which is why I’ve recommended it to many others (despite the room rates and charges, that can be quite expensive). Unfortunately, my most recent visit (Room 254 on 11/10/25) was quite different. Upon arrival, I noticed that the room did not appear properly cleaned (like usual)— the floors looked unvacuumed, there was hair in the shower and other parts of the bathroom from other guests, and the towels were not folded neatly but rather placed haphazardly. Additionally, the couch was very dirty under the cushions and beneath it. The bed also made a lot of noise and was extremely uncomfortable, as if it might be broken.
Shortly after midnight, I informed the front desk about the bathroom and the bed issues. They kindly offered to move us to another room, but due to our health conditions, we weren’t able to relocate that late at night. The staff mentioned that we might be eligible for a credit/refund or some form of compensation toward a future stay and advised me to speak with the manager. Unfortunately, when I checked out this morning, the manager was unavailable, and I haven’t been able to reach them yet due to my work schedule. I would appreciate it if someone could please follow up regarding this matter. I truly value this hotel and hope to continue staying here in the future. Thank you for your time and understanding.
