This hotel is very outdated. The rooms are ugly and dirty. The food in the Pergola and near the pool is not good, however I do have to say the food in the Argentinian and Italian restaurant is good but you need a 24 hour reservation to eat there.
My family and I reserved several rooms and the customer service is horrible. When we arrived and check in at 7:00 pm we were given a room that was already occupied. When our key card opened the door another family was asleep in the room. They didn’t even apologize for the mistake.
I’m one of the other rooms the bathroom had a paper seal saying it was clean and sanitized however the toilet had urine in it. When reported they send someone to sanitize the toilet. Again, the didn’t apologize for the unsanitary conditions. This says a lot about the cleanliness of the place.
Another thing, if you need the internet/Wi-Fi be prepared to pay $10/day per phone.
My family and I will definitely NOT be coming back to this place.
