4th time staying here...enough said
Every time I come to Colorado Springs, I stay here. It's clean, hot water, comfortable beds, the food is good, it's off the highway, plenty of shops (Walmart, Whole foods, Natural grocers), as well as restaurants and gas stations near by. This is a dated hotel, but it adds to its charm. Lastly, the staff is very nice, knowledgeable and accommodating.

Great stay
We enjoyed the hotel, and took advantage of the restaurant and atrium/pool area. It is a great place to hang out with friends and family. The fireplace and sofa area was really nice! The front desk staff was top-notch, very professional, and all staff we came in contact with at the restaurant, or otherwise, were very attentive and helpful! The beds were very comfortable, and even though the rooms have a slightly outdated, feel, were very nice. My only complaint was the pillows were very uncomfortable. It was extremely affordable and exceeded our expectations!

Family Trip
Check in was a breeze, reception was very friendly and helpful. Room was nice, there were a few stains on the carpet. Unfortunately, the Complimentary breakfast was not good, most food was lukewarm and no flavor. Omelette station saved the day. Checkout was easy. Valeria was wonderful; my grandson left his dress shoes and she reached out via text to notify and make arrangements for pickup or option to donate. Overall very pleased.
