Here’s my feedback on my recent 6-night stay at your establishment, particularly regarding an unfortunate experience with one of your staff members, Milena.
Throughout my stay, I encountered challenges with the daily housekeeping service. Despite notifying the front desk about the need for cleaning, it seems the message was not effectively communicated. Upon returning to my room, I was disheartened to find it in a messy state. When I approached the front desk, I had the opportunity to meet Milena for the first time.
Milena’s attitude was extremely disappointing. She insisted that the room wasn’t cleaned due to my failure to take out the trash and towels. Despite explaining that I had called the front desk for cleaning, she remained unresponsive and repeatedly reiterated her statement.
The situation worsened on my last night when I discovered an empty shampoo bottle upon returning to the hotel around 10:35 pm. Milena, who was in charge of the front desk during the night shift, claimed she didn’t have access to shampoo and suggested waiting until the next morning to address the issue. This lack of support and her discourteous manner left me dissatisfied, especially when she advised me not to take a shower.
However, amidst these challenges, I would like to commend another staff member, Jerry, for his prompt and efficient assistance in providing a bottle of shampoo. His commitment to customer service stands in stark contrast to the experience I had with Milena.
