The check-in process was frustratingly slow. Despite only two guests ahead of me, I waited in line for 20 minutes, and my own check-in took another 15 minutes due to excessive document processing.
Parking is poorly designed—spaces are narrow and difficult to maneuver.
The hotel itself looks new and modern, and our room was clean. However, it had an overpowering smell of cleaning products. After airing it out for hours, an unpleasant odor, likely from the sewer system, started coming from the bathroom.
Surprisingly, the hotel does not provide an iron upon request—a first for me!
Breakfast was underwhelming and not worth the price.
On the plus side, the location is reasonably close to the city center, and the walk there takes you through some charming streets.
