Déçue des prestations annoncées non présentes

Quelle déception d’avoir loué cet hôtel pour 2 raisons : le petit déjeuner et la piscine. À notre arrivée, un petit mot indiquant tout ce qui ne fonctionnait pas: pas de piscine (elle était vide), pas de petit déjeuner, pas de télé, pas de machine à glace. Je trouve très dommage de ne pas avoir été informée et de découvrir en arrivant que la location ne correspondait pas à ma réservation. Pour finir, l’hôtel est très vieillot, les draps propres mais tachés. Bref, ça ne vaut pas le prix payé.

Bonjour . Il N y avait que 5 chambres de disponibles . Nous avons finalement trouvé un autre hôtel à côté . Le monsieur de l accueil doit nous rembourser - ce n est toujours pas fait !

When i checked in and got my room key to find out that i was given the wrong room and on the side of the property that was in bad shape. The room was dirty the bath tub had trash in it which says too me it wasnt cleaned. The lights to the sink didnt work. Air conditioner barely worked. The door you could just push to open. When i want to book a room i look for 2 things: #1 POOL #2 FREE BREAKFAST. This motel doesnt have any. No ice machine wires are exposed. Phone lines dont work either. But the young man working the front desk was sort of friendly. Told him about the condition of my room but did nothing to fix it. When i open the refrigerator the t.v. turns off and then for a peroid of time there was no t.v.

The room was fine, it was mostly clean other then some ants in the bathroom, the beds are still and so are the pillows/ they did not offer the breakfast but didn’t state anything about it online or when checking in

The whole week that I stayed here not one time did they ever clean my room, the continental breakfast, is just cereal. Unlike the pictures there’s no sausage or eggs. The carpet was dirty. Makes sure to wear sandals.

DISAPPOINTED GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

I called way before trying to see what type of breakfast they had & if you look at the pictures from the website and then my pictures. I was highly upset and disappointed. $80 is not worth stay here maybe $35/$45 The 1st room I had it was a big roach in the shower, and the tv didn’t work, they did give me another room right away. It was about 5 cars parked so it was empty and I see why. My hygiene products was already used. Very ghetto and NOT healthy for me or my kids. I asked for two extra face towels and they gave me two hand towels. I had to go to the office multiply times and I was already exhausted being pregnant with 3 toddlers going up and down the stairs. The office never open you had to speak to them throw the glass. And they never answer the phone. Breakfast was the biggest joke ever. They had low cereal and no milk. When I seen the picture pictures it showed waffles and eggs and fruits. I had called that morning about breakfast and was told to get a voucher but when I went to the office the guy said breakfast opens at 7 and if you see my pictures smh.
This just was a joke

Joke they have a loaf of bread with about 3 slices left.
