Great Value
Our room and the grounds was very clean. It's close to old town (walkable). Perfect for our trip. Not super quiet but that wasn't an issue. Stay on the side away from the freeway of you can. It was a nice place and a great value. We'd stay there again.

Not a good stay, felt like a vagabond hotel
First off, I decided to go with signature because the price was low. Once I put in that it was 2 days the price increased significantly. I decided to go ahead because of the four and a half star reviews. The hotel is situated in a really weird area. It's up a hill and very hard to drive in and out of. It's a very old-fashioned kind of motel, and had a vagabond feel to it. When I saw that the parking was in front and that the rooms could be anywhere including up or down I decided to get a room right next to where I parked my car. I was told that that was an upgrade of $10 a night which I went ahead and did. When I finally got my bill and the charge to my credit card I saw a difference. I called the hotel and was told that the upgrade was $15 a night not 10. That may strike folks as tiny, and i was very disappointed that I wasn't allowed to cancel my second night. Aware it said non-refundable but generally if a hotel isn't hurting for customers, it'll go ahead and allow a cancellation for the second night if it's done early enough. I wasn't allowed. There were no blankets and that was a disappointment because it was quite cold. I'm not inclined to turn the heat up really high but I do like a nice blanket. The towels were extremely skimpy and the bathroom extremely small. The TV on the other hand was quite large and the cable had a good selection. All in all felt like a fourth rate motel from the '70s and I definitely would not recommend anyone coming here.

Was there overnight. The bed was comfortable. The room and bathroom were very clean. Only down fall the pictures online are a little different. I thought it was more upscale but once I opened the door I was ok. I would stay again

Addressed all needs well; even little touches. I suggest breakfast service begin at 6 am on weekdays. We were in room 101 and the door sweep and closure needed some repair although lock worked appropriately

Nice and cheap.
The room was surprisingly clean and spacious. Although parking was cramped. There's a $200 deposit for incidentals. But you get it back in a couple of days if your room is left as it was received.

Good hotel had key issues
The workers in the reception were very nice and polite , the hotel had an issue with the keys and we couldn’t get in our room , one of the night staff had to manually open the door for guests and that took over an hour .

Good Hotel for the price we paid
Stayed at the SignatureHotel on my birthday because it was close to everything. Everything was great, my only complaint is when we got back to the hotel at 2am in the morning their system was down and all the room doors will not open with the keys they provided to their guests! The front desk person had to open the room doors for everyone who was trying to get into their room. If we decided that we wanted to leave, we would have to ask the guy at the front to open our door again, that was the only inconvenience. Other than that everything was fine.
