Book this place at your own risk
I arrived at the hotel around 12:30 a.m. after a long drive. When I attempted to check in, I was asked to leave because I would not provide a cash deposit, despite having already paid in full through Hotels.com. As a result, I had no choice but to wait in my car in the parking lot until I could find another place to stay.
The receptionist, an older Indian woman, was extremely rude—not only to me but also to another guest who tried to calm the situation. She dismissed me without concern and showed no professionalism. After reading several Google reviews, I now realize this issue with rude staff has been mentioned before.
This was a very disappointing and unpleasant experience.
