The only "positive" is the location was convenient to the NorVa and restaurants. I arrived around 10 pm to check-in and an event was just letting out from the convention center so the lobby was a madhouse. Upon check-in, the staff member could hardly be bothered to check me in. I asked about parking (I booked with hotels.com and parking was included) and the staff member said, "I don't know anything about that." I asked where I could park then and she pointed me to the incorrect garage. The garage to park in for this hotel is across the street, not attached to the same building. The staff member also told me nothing about any amenities/breakfast/what floor the pool was on/etc. She didn't even tell me the room number! I had to look at the key card she gave me. The elevators are old and only 3 of the 4 were in use, which is not enough for heavy weekend traffic. Our room was "fine" but had no temperature control - the AC was either on or off, despite being able to "set" the room temperature. Also, there were disgusting stains on our sheets (see picture) and housekeeping is not offered unless specifically requested. Ice machines are on every floor, but they were not working or not in use on three consecutive floors. Luckily, one of the mornings when I needed to move my car, I asked again about the free parking, and Caroline, who was working the desk, was extremely helpful and "did know what I was talking about." I give 5 stars to Caroline but don't recommend this hotel.
