Nice modern room. Everything was very clean except for some yucky stains on the trundle bed mattress pad. My daughter decided to sleep on the couch instead which was an acceptable option. The bed was comfortable but the air conditioner was blowing directly on the bed which was a little annoying. There didn’t seem to be a way to direct the cold air in a different direction. The front desk staff was very friendly and the outdoor pool area was nice with plenty of room to social distance. Overall, it was a nice place to stay on our way from Denver to Los Angeles.

Our stay was just great. Check in was fast and easy. Room was clean, comfortable and had everything we could need. The pool was nice, crowded, but that's to be expected in St George. The umbrellas were handy and there were plenty of lounge chairs. The location was perfect near the freeway, but far enough away to be quiet. We would stay here again anytime.

The breakfast was a big part of the reason we booked this hotel. So disappointed. The gave us a brown paper bag with 1 apple and 1 Go-gurt yogurt tube. We felt scammed. Just put no breakfast served. Way better than false advertisement.

Great stay. Every category was awesome except for the breakfast. That is to be expected during the times of the pandemic. The decor was very functional. The Paul Mitchel bath products were a nice surprise and the walk in closet was fantastic.

We decided to stay at this hotel because of its ratings but unfortunately it was not a good stay. We were assigned to a room and when we walked in it had not even been cleaned. Then we were assigned a second room and it had only been partially cleaned. Cleaniess is a big deal to us and this place did not make the mark.

Our stay was terrible. We didn't sleep at all during the night because of the partying, yelling, and drinking going on in the four rooms around us. We finally complained to the front desk around 1am. They did nothing about it. In the morning I mentioned it to the person at the front desk. His response was.."well they are paying customers too". We should be given a full refund, but they know we are from out of state so they don't have to worry about us again

Beautiful property and the pool and fire pits were open!

The room was perfect: large, comfortable, clean, modern. The exterior seating areas at the back of the hotel were dirty. Food on the ground and stuck to tables, garbage overflowing, handprints covering the fireplace glass. Due to the COVID-19 issue I would have hoped that they would have done a little more disinfecting and cleaning. Each time I would let the staff know they would address the issue and send someone out but never truly cleaned the area. The pool and jacuzzi were overflowing with kids and adults - zero social distancing going on here. We had a great stay overall just wish they had done a better job keeping up with the cleaning outside.
