A nice 3* hotel
A nice 3-4 star hotel, but it’s not a 5* experience. The usage of the sauna or the indoor pool is 40 EUR for 1 hour. Even if you’re not getting a massage, you will have to pay for access of the indoor facilities. There wasn't any hand sanitizer for the buffet area. So you should bring your own if you’re planning to eat in the buffet area. The location is good with great views of the beach and surfers.

Not impressed
The hotel looks nice, however, the food and drinks are terrible. Same recycled boring food. Meats just about cooked. The tagine was the only good food i had. The drinks were severely watered down. Evening entertainment was erm, rubbish. Still looking for the ultra all inclusive…..

This hotel was really clean, great facilities. Loved the sofas near the jacuzzi area. Very friendly staff really look after you. Amazing service. Great place for relaxation but there isnt much to do around the area you would need to travel more into central agadir. Nonetheless cannot fault the hotel they are as accomodating as they can be. We would revisit again

Absolute Empfehlung. Wunderschönes, weitläufiges Hotel. Sehr entspannt, keine Hektik. Sehr sauber, hell, ruhig, freundlich, viel Platz. Die Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Dusche war super (keine Temperaturschwankungen, ausreichend Druck und mit mehreren Extras) Die Poollandschaft ist gigantisch. Genügend Sonnenliegen verfügbar. Toller Sandstrand ein paar Meter entfernt. Vielfältiges, wechselhaftes Essensangebot- absolut authentisch und schmackhaft. Thumbs up an das gesamte Personal. Sehr freundlich, respektvoll und aufmerksam. Egal ob Küche, Housekeeping, Rezeption, Reinigungskräfte, Restaurantmitarbeiter. Es gab nichts zu reklamieren. Ihr seid spitze - weiter so! Ein besonders Dankeschön geht an: Chef Hamza Chef Tarik Im Restaurant an: Salah Eddine, Hassan, Brahim und Lahcen. Leider kennen wir nicht alle beim Namen. Es war es uns eine Freude euch kennengelernt zu haben :-)

First time visiting the hotel and the country was a very short trip for us but we highly recommend its a 10/10 hotel and 10/10 service the food was also 10/10 staff was lovley outside the hotel cant say much as we didint have enought time to go out but there is a nice walking area by the beach it was wonderfull

I have just come back from a 7 night stay here and it was such a great experience. The staff are wonderful, they are all so friendly and make you feel as if you have known them for years! As soon as we arrived we were greeted with a cold fresh juice drink and lunch whilst we waited for our room to be ready! The entertainment was great everyday you have something to do and it was so much fun! I looked forward to the entertainment every night! The food was also good, I am a bit of a picky eater so struggled a bit as there was not many English options but there were many options that you can choose from and the food is on a good quality! The rooms are nice and spacious, the only recommendation is that I wish they had larger bath towels and better toilet tissue but I enjoyed my stay in the rooms the beds were comfortable and it was so quiet at night time so I had a great nights sleep every night. The hotel have travel desks within where you can book experiences and excursions Nouri who sits at the desk is such a lovely man! He really looked after us during our stay and we books all of our trips out with him. He also has a lot of information on the culture and how to get around which is so helpful. Honestly, do not hesitate to book this place it was such a great time away and I will be returning!

Sehr schöne und saubere Einrichtung an der Rezeption würde ich in türkischer Sprache begrüßt und verabschiedet von einem Herren an der Rezeption. Amine hat mein Zimmer immer tadellos aufgeräumt, obwohl ich immer ein Chaos im Zimmer hinterlassen habe sehr freundliche Dame. Das, was mir nicht so gut gefallen hat, dass die Pools nicht tief sind. Ich habe ein Swim up Zimmer gehabt mit Pool an der Terrasse, das leider nur 45 cm tief war.

This resort is amazing. It’s so very clean. Staff are really friendly and cannot do enough for you. Food is ok, my family has a few fussy eaters who stuck to the Italian restaurant most nights. Cocktails are plentiful and they will make whatever you want at the bar if you ask, although they did give us heart burn after too many!! Only downside was our air conditioning didn’t work in our room. We reported it at least 3 times but it was never fixed. My sons room next door was like an ice box. Luckily it wasn’t super hot at night so the ceiling fan did the job. Highly recommend this hotel. It’s beautiful!

Highly recommend, very clean, great food and drinks. Overall service was great plus easy access to the beach, 2 minutes walk. I would recommend anything but the Italian restaurant, food here not that good. Other restaurants on the property were fantastic for all meals.
