Rooms are very dated and smell really bad. You can’t adjust the thermostat at all it won’t work so the room feels very stuffy. The beds are very noisy & uncomfortable. The pullout is unsleepable. You can feel all the springs in your back . The bathroom is super tiny. The worst part of it all was that when you’re showering the water will turn scalding hot or freezing cold just randomly out of nowhere so you’re not expecting it and it just gets you without warning. Very dangerous someone could easily end up with serious burns because of how hot the water came out. So be careful especially with little kids. The breakfast omelettes were good but they didn’t offer very much variety of other options. Honestly very limited food options compared to other embassy suites I’ve stayed at. To be honest this doesn’t feel like any Embassy I’ve ever stayed at . This embassy should be completely closed until a FULL REMODEL is done embassy suites should be embarrassed to have this location open in these conditions.

Initial impression was very positive, however, we found out the heating was not working and the front desk did not tell us about it. We requested additional blankets and a space heater because it was 55 degrees outside and the rooms were at 64 degrees, we never received the blankets nor the space heater. Additionally, we couldn’t called the front desk from the room because the phone was not working.

The room was dirty, the bed was old, loud (broken bed springs) and otherwise uncomfortable. Will not be staying there again. Additionally the bathroom floor was dirty door was poorly painted and the bathtub leaked onto the floor.

ROOM….. The bed is in terrible condition; the frame is broken, and all the metal parts are sticking out. It creaked with every movement. I called the front desk, and they said they already knew about it but couldn't do anything at the moment because the hotel was full.

I’ve stayed at several Embassy Suites before and have always had great experiences, so I booked this stay thinking we’d be able to relax after a long day at the Disneyland parks. But honestly, this was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I was going to just let the things that happened during our visit go, but what really pushed me over the edge was being on hold for almost an hour with no one checking in or giving me an update about my lost bag. The first issue we ran into was that the pool was closed, which was one of the main reasons we booked this location. However the Jacuzzi was still available, so while we were there we saw a HUGE dead cockroach next to the jacuzzi. When I asked the front desk to get it cleaned up, we waited there for about 15 minutes, but no one ever came, so we ended up leaving the area. The heater also wasn’t working properly; I understand it’s on a rotation after speaking with the front desk, but it was still inconvenient, making the rooms a bit uncomfortable at night, causing condensation to leak onto the floor from the windows. The phones in the room also didn’t work, along with our key cards that stopped working multiple times — three times total — which just added to the frustration. After everything, I just felt really disappointed because this isn’t what I’ve come to expect from Embassy Suites.

The first room we were given, the lights didn't work. The room we were moved to had several areas that were damaged. Paint peeling, dirty curtains, emergency speaker partially hanging on wall, shower head loose so water sprayed the roof. The room was in horrible shape for the price paid.

No heater!!! Came back from Disney around 11pm to find our room at 62 degrees. My 4 year old was freezing. Maintenance brought us a small portable heater which helped for about 20 minutes until it shut off the power in our room! Maintenance left at midnight so guess what we had to do? Switch rooms at midnight with a sleeping 4 year old. We were told this room wouldn’t trip the circuit lol so for 3 nights we had to sleep with this tiny heater next to our bed and move it around wherever we went especially after showers. Cold water, musty smell throughout the hotel and room. Aweful hotel who won’t tell you they have no heater.Couldnt get a refund either

1. Shower water burned me and my daughter. 2. Room never cooled down had to have to box fans brought in. 3. Floor was dusty 4. insects 5. Shower curtain not properly weighed down 6. No screen door on the balcony door. 7. Iron board bent 8. Dresser in bedroom loose and shakes. 9. Only 1 Plug by the bed works 10. Not 1 clock in the room 11. 730am fire alarm would go off 12. Never came to clean the room or put new sheets and we asked a number of times. Until the 5th day we got towels and restroom was slightly clean 13:same dirty sheets were on the bed for all 7 days

A cockroach was found in our first room I called front desk and they gave us another room. Our next room had broken outlets/outlet covers, dirty stained curtains, shower tub wouldn’t drain the water and lastly the fire alarm kept going off yet no one seemed to care for it but no announcements were mentioned to know if needed to take action or to ignore. Overall very unhappy with our stay.

We checked with the office three times before checking in - to make sure our baby had a crib available. They said they did, that they would put it in our room. We checked in and waited an hour before being told there was no crib . So my husband had to go out at 9 at night to buy a crib, RUINED THE WHOLE TRIP available.sp

Can't stay here in the winter; they don't turn on the heating system unless the weather temps drop below 50, which is rare in OC. So, no heat in late November.

I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding my family’s stay from Sunday, November 23rd through Tuesday, November 25th, which we had planned as a holiday Disney getaway. The room we were provided was completely uninhabitable, and the issues we encountered caused significant disruption, discomfort, and unexpected financial hardship for my family. Upon arrival, we were immediately met with a strong, unpleasant odor in the room. I opened the sliding door to try to air it out, but it made no difference. The room was extremely hot, so before heading to Downtown Disney, we turned on the air conditioner in hopes that the room would cool down by bedtime. Unfortunately, it never did. When we returned that evening and attempted to have our kids shower for the night, we discovered that there was no hot water and almost no water pressure. My teenage daughter was unable to rinse shampoo out of her hair and needed help from my wife. Both of our children were forced to take cold showers, which was unacceptable and uncomfortable. The heat in the room was unbearable; my wife, daughter, and son were so hot they were unable to sleep because of the temperature. To make matters worse, there was visible water damage in the bathroom, which raised concerns about possible mold exposure. In addition, when I turned on the air conditioner you could see the dust and cob webs blowing out of the duct. I was expecting superior room and service and both were definitely sub par. We got there for a church event and were unable to comfortably shower for 3 days due to the water being scalding hot. I notified the front desk and asked them to please send someone up and fix that because it was dangerously hot and there was no water pressure in the sink making it difficult to brush our teeth and wash our face and no one came by until I complained a second time. Will not be staying here in the future
