I asked every day for my room to be cleaned, and each day it was not done. I repeatedly informed the front desk of my disappointment, and each time they assured me the manager would be notified and it would be resolved the following day. Unfortunately, it never happened.
On my second night, I returned to a dirty room and called for fresh towels. After waiting 30 minutes, I called again only to be told no one was available to deliver them and that I would have to come downstairs to get them. On the third night, I found the room uncleaned yet again and didn’t even bother calling. I went straight to the front desk for towels and once more explained what had happened for three consecutive nights. Each time, staff blamed housekeeping and said the manager would be informed, but I never received any follow-up.
Adding to the frustration, I only parked on the property the first night but was charged for parking for my entire stay. I raised this issue and requested compensation for the experience, but despite being assured the manager would contact me, I received no communication and was billed in full.
To make matters worse, on my third evening I ran out of toilet paper during the night because the room was never serviced. I had to call in the morning to request it.
It’s clear why this hotel’s ratings are so low. The service was consistently poor, no accountability was taken, and my stay was extremely disappointing.
