Lots of parking although lane down to hotel had a lot of deep pot holes. Room was clean and spacious for the king suite. Breakfast had some good options but not much space for guests to move around each other as the main items were all in one corner.

Good stay, terrible service

Could not check in for almost 15 minutes because the front desk attendant was outside. Sign said they would be five minutes but wasn’t. Room was great and bed was very comfy, soap dispensers were empty but other than that a great stay. Just terrible service.

Overcharged on our stay

We arrived and the man at the reception showed me the amount on my invoice. It was higher that what Hotels.com had for us. He couldn't change the amount because there is a "sustainability" fee that he says is compulsary. His supervisor was not inhouse then. At checkout, we went to reception to correct the amount and still no supervisor, so no credit. When we got home and looked at our account, the amount charged was still different from what Hotels.com told us it would be, but slightly lower than their original invoice. This is the first time the amount at hotel reception is different from the reservation at Hotels.com

Very clean & comfortable! Price was good! Hot breakfast wasn’t great, didn’t even avail of service on the second morning. Could not get enough clean towels after a certain hour. Overall a good stay.

They gave us the wrong room. Another family was giving the same room. We had to clarify this. The bathroom sink didn’t drain. There was a long black hair in the bed. We needed assistance with the tv , which one came to help but then left to never come back. We had to fix the problem ourself. We stayed for 4 nights and the last morning, there was little options for breakfast.

The breakfast lacked most of the key items promised. The room layout was good but tired property and dirty carpets. Our bathroom leaked from the unit above.

Comfortable stay

Staff was friendly and hotel was clean and comfortable. Lobby was modern and updated but rooms could use some TLC and updates.
