Fantastic stay!

Amazing stay here. The accommodation is exactly as pictured; clean, modern and comfortable. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The hotel is a small collection of 3 rooms with a communal lounge, kitchen, reception area and rooftop terrace (a must visit!). On arrival we were thrilled to discover there were multiple extras we didnt realise we'd have - various free foods available in the communal area including cakes, granola, biscotti, yogurts, jam; a free bottle of prosecco in your room, daily coffee pods to use in the coffee machine, biscuits on arrival, still and sparkling water in the fridge in your room. It really felt like a treat to stay here and we loved enjoying our prosecco on the roof terrace - amazing 360 degree views over the rooftops of Venice! The hotel is located in a great spot centrally to access all of Venice within a 20 minute walk easily, with an overwhelming choice of eateries nearby to enjoy. We would return her in an instant.

Stadtunterkunft im Herzen Venedig

Die Besitzer waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft liegt direkt in Venedig wo es auch noch viele Einheimische gibt. Ich mochte es sehr und würde wieder hier wohnen. Ich hatte die Junior Suite mit einem Doppelbett und eunem separatem Raum mit Einzelbett. Für die Gemeinschaft gibt es eine Küche mit kleinen Snacks (Cornflakes, Joghurt, Kaffee und etwas Kuchen) total süss gemacht. In den Zimmern ist überall Klimaanlage und auch Fenster. Eine hauseigene Dachterasse ist auch vorhanden, mit Sitzmöglichkeiten zum relaxen. Eine Herausforderung hat das Appartement, den Aufstieg der Treppe zu den Wohnungen ist sehr steil und mit Koffer sehr geschwerlich. Wir durften den Lifter dafür benutzen, auf Nachfrage.

Perfect place for a comfortable stay in Venice. Spacious and modern rooms. Shared kitchenette equipped with fridge and coffee machine. Friendly and helpful staff. The best part is the rooftop terrace with 360 view over the city.

A wonderful start to our Italian stay

Maurizio reached out via the Hotel.com app to check in on us. We were confused as to where we were, being on our first international trip. He kindly directed us to our rental. He met us in the lobby area and welcomed us in. He showed us around and advised us as to what the place had to offer. It had nice amenities and we enjoyed the location. A bottle of sparkling wine and water was waiting for us. After spending all day walking around Venice, it was a welcome home at the end of the day. We rested peacefully and enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

We stayed here for two nights and it was great. Maurizio was very welcoming and ensured we had everything we needed. The kitchen was equipped with some snacks for breakfast each morning and we appreciated the filtered water dispenser, which is often hard to find. The location is great (not too crowded, but close to everything) and the rooftop views were awesome.

Great Boutique Hotel in Venice

The hotel is literally in sn alleyway above a coffee/pastry shop and is up numerous stairs (like everything in Venice). Great hotel, comforable, munchies provided, hosts were present. If I had better mobility, i would go back again and again.

Top secteur et bel hébergement

La suite et une très belle chambre avec tout le confort. Idéalement situé dans un quartier calme mais proche de tout à 5 minutes du pont du rialto. Accueil au top à recommander.

Personligt minihotell med takterrass

Hemma-hos-hotell med bara tre rum plus en stor takterrass att nyttja. Ett bord i entréhallen med info, frukt och kakor samt klksnisch med kaffemaskin och enklare frukost till självservering. Yoghurt, müsli, bröd. Också loungeyta tillgänglig. Boendet låg 50 trappsteg upp på bra läge ganska nära Rialtobron. Supertrevlig värd.

Faultless

Location and design of room/ common areas were both fantastic! Maurizio was very accommodating, gave us a great restaurant recommendation and there was a cleaner who came every day. There was a safe place to leave bags upon checkout too, everything seemed to have been thought of in advance! 10/10

Great stay

Great stay. The place was easy enough to find with google maps. The unit was much larger than anticipated and very tastefully decorated. As mentioned in other reviews there is a large staircase upon entry but this was not a problem for us. Our only wish was to have stayed longer! Thank you for hosting us!

Happy times in Venice

We had a great stay. Fantastic property, perfect location, surrounded by good restaurants. The rooftop terrace is amazing. The owner was lovely. There’s a lot of steps so it’s advisable to travel with small cases.

Exceptionnellement parfait

Exceptionnel, tout était absolument parfait. Très bon accueil et personnel au petit soin, surtout Morizio et ses petites attentions, disponible et attentif. Emplacement exceptionnel,à deux pas du Rialto, cadre idéal et rooftop magnifique. Décoration faite avec bon goût, chambre très spacieuse, literie très confortable et de qualité supérieure… tout est magnifique et cosy . Plus beau en vrai que sur les photos, nous avons été charmé ! Petit déjeuner, bouteille de vin, gâteaux, boissons, fruits … offert et mis à disposition à tout heure . Nous reviendrons et nous conseillerons l’établissement sans hésitation!!!

This property has been renovated and is beautiful. Only 3 rooms, so nice and quiet. We had a junior suite, which has a good amount of space, and views over the Grand Canal. There is a shared kitchen area, with snack/breakfast/tea and coffee and a sitting area, but the best thing is the roof terrace. One of the higher spots in Venice and a beautiful space to sit and relax with a wine! Important to note. There are quite a few stairs to access the property, so probably not suited to elderly or very young children . Also, Mosquitos are a problem in Venice. Take bug spray, and if you can, keep windows closed.
