Un oasis en el corazón de la zona romántica
¡Estoy súperencantado con el hotel! La atención es simplemente increíble, te hacen sentir como en casa desde el primer momento. Además, la ubicación es inigualable, está en el corazón de la ciudad y es súperfácil de llegar a cualquier lugar. No puedo recomendarlo lo suficiente, es un lugar perfecto para cualquier viajero. ¡No hay nada que mejorar, solo cosas buenas!

Okay, with a good location.
Location is good. Wifi & cellular signal were intermittent. Patio is a concrete floor surrounded by 4 concrete walls, so you can see straight up, & that's about it.

Good Location & Comfortable Spot
Clean and comfortable and right in the middle of lots of spots. Only about a 10 min walk to the beachfront. The street is pretty loud at all hours and there is not a lot of sound insulation. Ear plugs help but if you are sensitive to sound you may want to look elsewhere. The staff was super friendly and helpful for our first time to PV.

Hidden fee if booked through foreign website
Booking through Hotels.com created an issue and I had to pay an additional $50dls to stay. Fortunately, the website refunded me the charge and some for the inconvenience. In addition, I mistakenly forgot to put the total guests staying with me (master suite holds up to 6ppl) and was charged an extra $15dls for each of my other 3 guests. There is no elevator in the building so I was lucky my room was in the first floor.

The location and people were really nice and the room was huge. It has a small fridge and an electric stove that came handy when we wanted to save on eating out. It's super basic though and only has the basic furniture (bed, one high table and 2 stools). There weren't really places to put things or to sit comfortably. There were also lots of gaps in all the doors so we had mosquitos

Excellent location. Safe. 24/7 front desk. Daily house keeping. Generally clean. Nice interior decor in common areas. Welcoming. Next to all amenities you can imagine. Spacious rooms with living room. Very nice to also have cups and a fridge. Hotel a bit dated. Fan broke (couldn’t fix it) but luckily had AC. Sink also clogged but they were able to fix that. What I really didn’t like was that they charged me to bring guests after 10pm. Room is based on double occupancy so it should be none of their business, and they were quite rude about that.

Buena experiencia en general.
Buen hotel, lo justo por lo que pagas. Buena ubicación si te gusta la vida nocturna de zona romántica y los servicios y tiendas de conveniencia cercanos. Algo de ruido en la calle, normal por la zona. El servicio de la gente de recepción muy amable y con actitud de servicio.

This Hotel is in a great location and I enjoyed my stay. The hot water was hot and the water pressure was great. The beds were firm and comfortable, even my 9 year old grandson loved the bed. When you walk out of the hotel it is close to a very busy buss stop, so that did make it extremely congested and dirty. I would stay again.
