The staff I interacted with was very nice and helpful. One of the associates I spoke with even offered Hilton honors points for my inconvenience and that was sincerely appreciated. That being said, my room was clearly not cleaned prior to my stay. I saw red residue that looked like food or vomit on my ice bucket lid, there were insects in my room, there was a strong musty odor in the air instead of cleaning products, the shower water was cold, hair and oil on the seat in my room, and it was difficult finding an ice machine that wasn’t out of order. Overall, I expect more from the Hilton brand and I was extremely disappointed with my stay. I ended up just checking out and going home Sunday night instead of staying until Monday because I was so uncomfortable.
