Stay was great, front desk service very helpful. One small glitch but with the weather…
It is common hotel will just a temporary hold on the credit card for the incidentals…

Booking .com problems
I wss not hsppy with booking .com reservstion system. I tried to book for one night but it isisted on booking 2 nights. When I checked in the hotel indisted I contact booking .com tocancel the one night. That was a process in itself. After an hour I fi slly acco mplished that

Too bad for a new hotel!
Tv didn’t work when arrived. Had no maintenance and had to pack up second day and move rooms. Restaurant was horribly run and lacking staff. Went for lunch on Saturday and chef was out getting groceries. Ran out of food items at the morning buffet. No airport shuttle after 9:00 pm at night.

Hotel is almost new so it was nice. Didnt find the staff very helpful - printer in business center out of ink when i tried to print, staff didnt know where ice machine was etc

Hotel was nice looking and comfortable. Pool and hot tub were nice and empty the whole time We were there. Hotel room was nice, until I started noticing that it wasn’t that clean. There was fingerprints on the mirrors, food crumbs on the bathroom counter, hair on the tile flooring, very dirty bathroom doors, weird crusty spots on the couch. I also had asked for extra pillows but didn’t receive them. THe bed was very comfy and I ended up having a good sleep there. The hotel looked nice, just could have done a better job cleaning! Lastly the breakfast was not even worth going to. It was pretty horrible and I have had a lot of continental breakfasts
