We had been traveling for several days and needed to wash clothes. Asked front desk for a laundramat and they gave us the key to their private laundry, soap included. As 80+ year olds we appreciated not having to take a taxi in the wind and rain. Tom and Alex went out of their way to help in many ways.

Hotel front staff were very nice and helpful, always big smile which is not always seen with my past over 250+ hotels stay experience in Germany. Just one of the linen was so clean had suspicious red spot on it..Rest are all good. Great location and comfortable.

Overall good but WiFi

I stayed 19 nights. Overall good except WiFi sometimes unstable/not working. Avoid an important online meeting at their room. The first machine did not “read” my Japanese credit card. They tried another machine which worked. Staff are good, location is wonderful.
