Strong seasoning smell in hallways and in room. Light switch, by door, was not clean and then noticed near the bed the baseboards looked dirty, like something spilled and it wasn’t cleaned up.

If you’re looking for a place to lay your head and don’t expect anything extra, this is the place. Hotel is very out dated, sheets were clean at least. No extra in room amenities except a hair dryer. No fridge, no coffee maker and a tv that at least made some noise to drown out the noise outside. The only perk we found was you can park in their lot and catch the city bus for free to Lambeau Field on game day.

Had a confirmation per hotels.com but was told by hotel staff I had no room and to call hotels.com and did. Hotels.com attempted to call hotel but the hotel didn’t answer. I was then told by hotels.com to use conf.and res. #’s for entry. Went back in to hotel and was refused a room.

DUMP

The floors were disgusting. Food n dirt on em. The cable tv was out from Friday night til after Sunday check out. Wont be staying here ever again. Will sleep in my truck before booking here again

Not Good

We stayed one night for a Packers game. Unbelievable rate hike. Got charged an extra $25 to check in early, and never went to the room. We got a shuttle to game right away. But we both used the community bathroom, and I wanted to get my refund then! Horrible condition. Probably the rudest attendant I’ve ever experienced also when paying. I was forced to pick a credit card out and pay. I was asked “how are you paying?” every 3-5 seconds while I figured it out. The walk to the room later that night was an experience. Every step we took, it smelled different. And not good. Majority of the hallway smelled like horrible cat urine. And it looked like cat hair on the floor. When we pulled in there was also a window open on second floor with a female breast feeding standing in the window. The only complaint with the room is the mattress. When I laid down, was definitely shot. Never felt a bed that you sink into it 6 inches. And the water pressure in the sink was insane so I got soaked. I would have to say this was the worst hotel experience in my adult life. We did not feel safe there at all.

Worse than you think

Staff was nice. Everything else was awful. AC didn't work, looked like mold in the bathroom. Only 1 of 3 outlets worked. And the smell was so bad my eys watered and i couldn't stop coughing. Never again.

Worst ever?

I am Amazed it has a licence to operate. Several rooms are unavailable as windows appear to have been smashed. It is dirty, uncomfortable and I could not believe what they were offering. Although I had spent $250+ as it was Packers game day, I did not stay. It did not feel safe or secure

Not great

Walked in and it smelled pretty bad. Went to our room and the sheets were dirty and it smelled bad in the room as well. Asked for a refund and left.

Pictures on line did not match the building at all. The building needa lots of cleaning and lots of repairs!!! Wish we would have never stayed there.

Nasty - do not stay

We checked in and were only there for TEN MINUTES before we made the decision that we needed a new hotel. There was gunk on the window curtains, the AC filter was gross and smelled, the toilet and shower weren’t cleaned, the sheets were greasy and worst of all there was used toilet paper on the floor! When checking out we were told we would get a refund since we were only there 10 minutes, it has since been a week and we have not seen our refund or heard from the hotel.
