The hotel is in a great position and really convenient for exploring the centre of Bologna. The receptionist was friendly and very helpful. The room was comfortable but maybe a little 'tired' in terms of decoration and maintenance. Nice comfortable bed and lovely toiletries.

Great location in the historic center. Comfortable, spacious room, and friendly, helpful staff. But, as noted by others, the staff are only there from 3 to 7, so you're mostly on your own. That worked well for us.

Perfect Bologna Boutique Hotel

This is a perfect little boutique hotel very close to the old town. Walkable to everything. The room was very comfortable with memory foam mattress. Taxi was able to drop us off and pick us up right at the front door. Nespresso maker in the room and two free water bottles. Recommend highly for easy going travelers.

Loved the decor! It was not so easy to find the property, as they do not have a clear sign outside of the building and we arrived on a Sunday so there was nothing opened around it. Beautiful place. Great location. Friendly staff.

Es un alojamiento muy muy céntrico, literalmente a 2 minutos andando de la plaza mayor, pero al mismo tiempo en una calle muy tranquila. Si quieres comer o tomar algo puedes hacerlo en las cuatro direcciones. Hay supermercados y farmacias cerca, así como tiendas y cualquier cosa que necesites. El interior es como un palacio renovado con una cocina que puedes utilizar muy equipada, solo faltan cazuelas( por si quieres comprar pasta fresca y cocinarla) y sartenes. Pero si quieres desayunar o comprar algo de comida o cena hecha, es perfecto. Las horas de recepción son muy limitadas, pero no es ningún problema porque te lo facilitan todo y la comunicación por WhatsApp es continua. Un sitio muy recomendable si vas a Bolonia. Nuestra habitación era enorme para los tres y muy cómoda, tienen detalles como dejarle agua en el mini bar o cápsulas de café en la cafetera de la habitación y en la cocina hay muchas cosas a tu disposición.

Todo estuvo de maravilla! El lugar es muy espacioso y todo estaba muy limpio, todo el centro de bolonia está accesible ª solo unos minutos a pie, lo cual lo hizo super fácil de recorrer, el único detalle que notamos es que los pasos de las personas del piso de arriba se escuchan demasiado fuerte y durante toda la noche y se volvía un poco incómodo al tiempo, de ahí en más todo increíble :)

I had a horrible experience because the walls are so thin and you can hear everything from next room. I liked the hotel, it’s very stylish but when I got 3 college students next door, who were talking loudly and it felt like they are in my room. Management couldn’t do anything and I had to change the hotel in the morning. The manager apologized but I didn’t get a refund for 2 unused nights. So I would not recommend this hotel unless they do soundproofing, right now your stay would depend on your neighbors. What a shame.

A lovely period property in a historic and beautiful area. I would prefer to have a 24 hour reception - but that would increase the price. The room was big - but rather impersonal. Television too big and imposing. Curtains very depressing. Interior design could be softer and have more taste. Lighting - not pleasant. Reading light would be useful. Bathroom is nice. Breakfast room useful.

Amazing location! Walk down a half block to all the shopping and monuments in Bologna. Yet the building is quiet and feels secluded. The best of both worlds. Clean and simple rooms with all the basic amenities needed (espresso machine, mini fridge, bathroom supplies). Pull out couch in our room was not comfortable for the adults but the kids had no complaints as they fell asleep immediately after a day of walking about. Very friendly and flexible staff greeted us at the door and even had the perfect dinner recommendation for our family with dietary restrictions.
