We arrived early and the front desk person was so kind. No rooms ready 3 hours early but she gladly let us use the pool. Later, a woman came in screaming and yelling about some kind of credit charge/ hold that had nothing to do with the front desk personnel and said some very nasty things. The employee was beyond professional dealing with this situation. She deserves a raise. Great great service, nice pool, right across from airport.

Overall I would recommend this hotel. Nice pool and good breakfast buffet with several options. Stayed 5 nights. Front desk stated they only clean the rooms after the 5th day due to Covid policy. Odd considering there were no mask requirements for guests. Had to ask for towels and wash clothes and soap/shampoo multiple times. Another plus is the close proximity to the airport.

Very nice one night stay. Good service from front desk staff and ladies helping with breakfast service. Only negative was how uncomfortable the bed was. Would definitely stay here again though.

Very disappointing, room location was so noisy I checked out early and abandoned my prepaid booking. I literally paid $300+ for two nights and ended up with 2 hours total sleep due to hotel noise, other guest noise, and unfortunate staff inability to provide a room move for the 2nd night. Room 108-109-110 are next to the reception area, and the hallway to the pool, with unbearably poor sound deadening. There was a loud drying fan running in the evening (wet rug in reception?), followed by a loud group in the breakfast area until 3am which I spoke to reception about and was told they’d like finish up on their own, followed by breakfast and truck noise starting at 6am. Upon checking out I was told to contact Hotels.com for a refund on the second night. I spent 25 minutes on the first call before leaving the property, and was suggested that a full refund would be appropriate but I would need to call back after 8am. I called back, and was told they’d look into it. Now several days later I got $67.88 back. I’ve been a hotels.com Gold customer for years, but this will make me think twice before booking again unfortunately.

It was a quick overnight stay. We did not use the amenities. However the short hours we were there, it was clean, friendly staff, and quick check in.

There was only one person at check in and she was on the phone for quite awhile. Before we got to check in. Overall the stay was good. We got a fire alarm evacuation early morning which was very inconvenient. I think the hotel should somehow compensate.

Staff were inviting, kind, and curious! Staff went out of their way to accommodate my wife, my 4 kids and myself! Highly recommend this location!
