NOOOO AMENITIES
Arrived after 11 pm only staff was security. They provided us with our room key. When asked about parking security said yes around back. I asked cost? Not sure they can help you tomorrow at the desk. Next morning- had to pay $35. No microwave on property. Only found my ice bucket the night before checkout. It was hidden. Staff has that New Orleans attitude.

!st New Orleans trip
It was far better than I expected, my daughter and I loved the room and the lobby was beautiful. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The second day rained all day...it would have been nice to have a small refrigerator in the room to keep our food fresh when we got back.

Poor stay uncomfortable
Tv and phones did not work. No elevators. Elderly traveler had hard time walking up stairs and carrying luggage. Rooms were not the best. I would not recommend.

Good for the money
My family of 4 stayed comfortably in a small suite. There was a sitting room, 2 beds, and shower bathroom. The bes were comfortable. The building has old time charm. Staff was friendly. The hotel is a no frills stay with little amenities. No fridge in the room or roll-away beds. The location is quite a walk to the French Quarter, so only stay here if you're able to walk long distances.

Charming and Convenient Location
This hotel has a lot of charm. It’s walking distance to the French Quarter. The room has a homey brick walled table and fireplace area before entering the bedroom The bedroom is a bit cramped, and not much sink room in the bathroom. The rooms surround a really nice courtyard and pool so the N Rampart street noise was blocked. My only complaint - the front desk guy always made it clear in a nonverbal manner he has better things to do than take care of your needs or questions. At one point he complained of his lack of sleep offering it as an excuse rather than as an apology for his sighs. Other than that one issue- I highly recommend this hotel

French Quarter Find
We booked an overnight so we would be on time for our cruise the next day. We arrived early and they allowed us to drop off our luggage after we registered and then we were able to wander around and sight see. They are within walking distance of Bourbon Street and French Quarter. They texted when our room was ready. We loved the courtyard room next to the pool. Quiet, Clean & Comfortable. And the common room / bar was a great place to rest. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel as well and not expensive to Lyft/Uber from downtown

The hotel was one of the old buildings that had been renovated. The was a big room with high ceilings with a/c. There was no microwave or refrigerator or a cabinet in the bathroom. The parking was secure but hard to get in and out of. It did have 2 pools and the suites did have balconies.

We paid for the private parking which was nice and easy. $35/day. One downside is it is right off Rampart St which is super loud it seems at all hours. Which is somewhat expected for New Orleans, but it seemed the walls were paper thin cause we heard EVERYTHING. Also, you have to be “buzzed” into the hotel to get to your room. Your room key does NOT get you into the building. Several times we came back in the evening, once around 7:30 pm and again around 9 pm and nobody was at the front desk to let us in. We had to bang on the door and finally housekeeping let us in. Major inconvenience.
