I made reservations with the breakfast included. Paid a little more for it, on hotels.com page said that included 4 buffets but the only gave 2 per day. They stated that rooms only come with 2 breakfast.

Prostituted!
This hotel is prostituting itself...Renting the lawn for super loud wedding parties that lasted until 3 AM...What kind of decent hotel does that at the expense of all the rest of the guests...We came from a long drive looking forward to a nice sleep and instead were tortured by this loud party. Also, due to COVID, they should have not allowed such a huge concentration of people....Easily 200 or more attendees...It used to be a nice upscale hotel back in the 90's, now it has to resort to anything to get a buck. Besides the loud parties, now the guests are a mix of low class bring your 24 pack to the pool, cursing, etc. and even smoking when kids are around....I took care of that on my own but where is the security there? Also, the parking is full of this kind of tree that leaves this nasty sap on almost all the spots, why don't they invest in carports instead or take the trees down? The only few spots where the shade of the second building and with no sap are taken all by employees, swing by around 2 PM and you can see all the kitchen staff etc getting into their cars. The pool floor is in huge need of a seal/maintenance as the paint is falling off and showing the concrete.

Never again...
I was very disappointed by Hotel Araiza. We always stay at the Lucerna but this trip I decided to try out Hotel Araiza. I'm sorry but never again. The room's wallpaper was coming undone. The shower barely trickled water. The bed was hard. No window to open for air. the ice machines were broken. Honestly I was just disappointed in Hotel Araiza.
