The customer service representatives were very kind and helpful. However, I had to park around the back of the building, and none of the doors in the back would open with my key card. I had to lug all of my luggage around the front of the building to get in. When I got to my room, the building door demagnetized my key card, and I couldn’t get into my room. When I called the front desk from my cell phone, the woman was kind and brought me a new key. When I got into the room, the curtains in the room were torn and the heat wasn’t working properly. It would not turn up past 66 degrees even though I set it to 71. Although the conditions weren’t ideal, the price was affordable.
