雖然在小巷中需要找，但是靠聖馬可廣場很近，附近有很多bar 跟商店。適合全家出遊。缺點是沒有電梯，這對需要將很重行李搬上搬下3-4層樓的旅客來說相當不便。而且check out 時間在早上9點過後，此對於要趕火車或是飛機離開的旅客相當趕。

It was very difficult finding the hotel. It is behind a large intimidating gate that appeared to be locked. Eventually after looking everywhere in the vicinity of the hotel, I tried to open the gate and it was unlocked. That led to a courtyard and after looking around at several other door, I eventually found the hotel. There wasn't a noticeable sign leading to it, I had to rely on the address alone. I didn't realize when I booked it, that this was a self-service hotel. I generally dislike them because of the difficulties one can have with keycodes, elevators, room amenities such as extra towels, or other problems. Had I realized it, I wouldn't have booked it. On the bright side, the hotel was located very close to Saint Mark's Basilica which is what I wanted. Also, it's right on a canal so it was fun watching the gondoliers and passersby from my 2nd story hotel window. As for the room itself, it was adequate in size. There was a small refrigerator which was nice. There was ample place to hand clothes. The bed was a bit hard and the pillows were terrible - flat, hard, unpleasant. The bathroom, however, was great. The shower especially. It had such powerful water pressure that I couldn't turn the water to full power. Finally, the hotel was in an excellent location. The restaurants right outside the gate were great for breakfast and dinner. I had an especially memorable meal of linguini with clams at Serafina on their rooftop seating area.

View outside my room. This was early morning before the gondolas started. Deliveries to shops, restaurants and hotels.

Bathroom was great, especially the water pressure. Could have used more room to spread things out.

Entrance room. Didn't use this area much except to spread out our luggage. It had something like a day bed that we didn't try.

Bedroom. Bed was too hard, pillows were terrible. But it's Europe and it wasn't the worst I've slept in.

Beautiful hotel to stay at with my partner and amazing view of the canal. Room service was not an issue since there were restaurants/bars nearby. Also, the central closet in hallway had all the needs for the room when we ran out of toilet paper, so it was convenient.

We had an amazing stay! Our room was absolutely gorgeous with the balconies overlooking the river with all the gondolas going by. We got a serenade and it was amazing! The property was beautiful, very clean and the location the best!! It was very close to walk either to Piazza San Marco or to Rialto bridge. The coffee machine and the water in the room was great! The correspondence prior and during the stay was immediate. We were able to leave our bags after checking out at a locker downstairs on the first floor, which is extremely helpful. They even had toilets in the lobby prior to leaving back to the train station.We hope to return soon and really recommend it!

I think, this hotel is simply unnecessarily difficult to find. With a couple of discrete signals or more clear instructions from the app, that thing would improve a lot.

Otelin dijital otel olduğu belirtilmedi. Yer ve konum çok zor bulundu. Otele sabah giriş yapıldı ve bavullar odaya bırakıldı ödeme ile ilgili kimse ile bir talepte bulunmadı . Biz de diğer oteller gibi çıkışta alınacağını düşündük . Ancak akşam otele yağmur altında kapı şifresi değiştirildi ve ödeme alınmadan içeriye alınmayacağı belirtildi. Otele giriş yaparken belirtilde o esnada ödeme yapaılacaktı. Duş bozuk ve oda hiç temizlenmedi . Çok mutsuz ayrıldık

This is not really a hotel. There was no front desk, and no elevator. It was hard to find. If I ever return to Venice, I would not stay there again.

Stefano was so helpful and responsive to my texts. Very helpful. Cleaning lady was very friendly. Great location. Boutique style hotel, washroom was nice and modern, room is small but view was great. If you don't mind Boutique style hotel this one is perfect. Walking distance to everything. AC was strong too, good for hot days in Italy.

Un cuarto muy limpio, realmente muy simple , el baño limpio, pero no tiene ningún accesoria para colgar nada… la ubicación es muy buena , la gente muy amable … relación precio lugar no es la mejor .
