let’s go with the positives:
1. The front desk was really nice and helpful throughout my stay.
2. Transportation is so accessible as there is the Powell station and many buses that runs on market street.
3. Everything is nearby from the hotel like attractions, SF shopping centre, target, and even restaurants
For the positives this a good place when transportation and other services are nearby walking distance.
Let’s get into the negatives:
1. I realized at union square there is a lot of homeless persons walking around the area. So therefore if you go into one bad street, it could potentially be dangerous.
2. On the website, it said that they have laundry services. I was under the impression. That it will be either in the room or in another room. So I went to front desk, they advised me that it’s the housekeeper that does it and you would have to given it a certain time. So I felt it was little misleading on the website.
3. My room key had issues daily and they had to fix it everytime. It became very fatiguing to go to the front desk everytime after I was out for the whole day and I just want to be in my room. The front desk told me that it happens if I put my phone or any magnetics close to the house card.
6. The room that I had was smaller than I expected. The room was so small that that I bump myself onto the desk every time because how close it is. Even the shower was quite small as well the lights were not bright enough and curtains were a hassle to deal with everytime.
