Do not book this hotel !
Never book to this hotel . It smell cannabis everywhere (Lobby and room). Room is dirty , blood on the bed, hair in the shower, the toilet was spotted. I have stay there 10 minutes and I ask a refund. They refuse and didn’t offer me any type on compensation, base on the fact that I have checked-in !!

Memphis
I arrived during a shift change. So it took a little while to get check in. The new receptionist was not very friendly. When my keys didn’t working she scolded me for deactivating them. My WiFi did not work and she was not helpful at all. I realize people can have a bad day but taking it out on paying customers is not the way to deal with it. The room was very nice, clean, the the bed very comfortable.

Crack head hotel
Horrible, crack hotel. Smell of gas leak made me sick and my kids sick until we left. At 430 someone banging on my door, covered peep hole and told me to open the door. I responded hell no. Scary place, don’t bring your family here

This stay was not too good
1. Room was missing the tv remote had to go downstairs to the desk because the room phone was inopt. 2. Was greeted by a roach in the restroom, killed a total of 2 out of 3. Prolly arrived via previous guests. 3. Room key had to be reactivated 3 or 4 times; very annoying because several times my hands were full and I had to go back downstairs with everything. I kept the key away from my phone. 5. The cleaning staff was very friendly.

Solid Stay
My mom and I stayed here during our trip to the Liberty Bowl last December. The experience was good. The price was very affordable and the gated parking was a plus. The hotel is right next to the airport and even though it is out of the way from the Mississippi River, Beale, and the other key places, finding an Uber was not difficult and affordable as well.

Just not worth the stay
I was not happy at all with this hotel! It was a last minute trip right after Christmas in order to attend the Liberty Bowl. When checking in, only 1 person was on staff. She was helping deal with another customer checking in and couldn’t get any help from her manager. Our first, non-smoking room had some trash on the floor and a cigarette butt on the floor, not to mention that stale smoke smell… our 2nd room had no trash, but also no shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the containers… not a big deal, just an indicator of how well they clean/check the rooms. Breakfast wasn’t great… they had a hard time keeping up and the juice machine just leaked all over. I guess you get what you pay for and on such a busy weekend… this was just not a good experience for us.

Never again
Will never stay there again. Reserved 3 rooms a month in advance and waited over an hour for the rooms to be cleaned when we got there at 4pm. Asked for them to cancel our reservations and not charge us for the cancellation and they refused to do so. Finally got our rooms and got our stuff packed in and one of the rooms door lock quit working. Couldn’t get anyone to help with getting it unlocked until a couple hours later and when they finally got it opened the couple in that room just left. No refund or nothing, just went ahead and left. I did overhear one of the staff members talking to the manager on the phone and the manager said we would just have to deal with it there was nothing she would do. I never write bad reviews but I hope this will help someone from having a terrible experience like we had.

Skip this one if you can...
No toilet paper holder or toilet paper in bathroom. Only tissue box. Ironing board missing. Iron filled with smelly water and burnder plastic from someone's melted clothing. Toilet valve wood leak and handle played with in order to stop the tank from noisely refilling. Room is run down with visible damage and wear. Main light flickered and had to be shut off. Light bulbs are intense blue that are unpleasant. The only positives were that the bed and linens seemed clean.
