This was my first stay at this hotel. I was allowed to check-in an hour early which I needed desperately. Tiffany was fantastic and pleasant during the check-in process. I did not have any heat in my room and the following day Dana sent an engineer to the room and the heat could not be repaired. Dana changed my room and upgraded my stay. The rest of the trip was awesome. Breakfast is super good. Parking is free. Not like other hotels in the area. My only negative was WiFi. They charge $10 - $15 per day for WiFi. That is a bummer! But I’ll try it again in 3 weeks and hopefully it will be great again!

Great place to stay
When we come to Norcross, Atlanta we always stay at the Marriott. It’s one of our favorite places to stay. Everything is so neat and comfortable. We appreciate the staff and how close the stores are and some good restaurants as well.

Front desk was excellent. Rest are horrible.
Ac was making so much noise like you were in the factory. Could not sleep at all. Call night auditor he asked me to maybe move in different room if available. It was 10 pm also offer me for breakfast. I didn’t take it because my friend invited for breakfast. Then he said let see if I can do anything.

Stay was not pleasant.
No hot water with 40 degree temps outside. Bathrooms were dirty specially shower rails. Bed sheets not fully tucked in.

Staff at check in were unaware of procedures in dealing with 3rd party vendors for booking hotel rooms and as a result I ended up having to swipe my card again even though I showed the clerk my receipt indicating the room had been paid for. VERY frustrating!

First time in my 50 years of life a hotel has ever requested proof of prepayment of hotel stay.
This was most unusual.
My booking was made through Expedia. I've booked dozens of hotel stays and travel through Expedia. Never had a problem with any hotel chain requesting I provide proof of prepayment at check-in.
I had to scroll through my (personal) banking transactions on my cellphone, to prove to the front desk associate at Marriott that I had paid for the hotel stay.
I'd think Expedia would've shared this with the hotel. They've always done so.
Don't understand why Peachtree Marriott questioned the prepayment of my reservation.
I felt we were profiled, without justification.
