Spectacular
Excellent experience and excellent location! First of all this location is spectacular. It’s literally in the center you just walk out the front door and you have all major attractions. The hotel has great communication with their guest. They give you the check in instructions several days in advance and they send you a video on how to actually locate the hotel when you’re dropped off in the center. Make sure you watch the video, otherwise, your GPS system will have you going in circles. I forgot about the video but once I looked at it, I was able to find it. It’s quite simple in between McDonald’s and another cute restaurant. There are plenty of restaurants shops, and live music surrounded around you. With my room I was able to look out my window and see all of the major attractions like the cathedral. They do offer a breakfast service, and usually will coordinate with you. If you want a breakfast they gave you two options, as well as the option of coffee or hot tea. It’s basic, but it’s better than nothing, and it’s quite charming because they do what they can’t to go above, and beyond. Of course, if you don’t want to be disturbed to have that option as well, and they’re very good about cleaning the room and giving you fresh towels. Excellent Customer Service. Be mindful if you are noise sensitive. Not too bad for weekday, weekends can get a bit noisy up until 11pm, but worth it because of the location. The city of the arts science is 15 min drive 32 min walk.
