Good location near Piazza Navona. No 24 hr staff. After a long 2 weeks coming off a cruise ship we expected better accommodations. No hot water to take a shower the first day. For the price what we paid nightly, we’ll stay elsewhere next trip.

Perfekt läge och super service!

Hotellet låg supermysigt. Otroligt bra läge och massa mysiga ställen för middag och drinkar och ett stenkast från sevärdheter som Pantheon. Prisvärt hotell, lugnt och jättetrevlig personal.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Also has a small lift if you need to avoid the stairs. Close to restaurants and shops.

Great little place. We stayed one day and they gave us a later check out for no cost. It was a bit tricky to find and the taxi couldn't take us the whole way but the cabbie told us how to get there. Fully enjoyed the spa as well, just make sure you book the spa time beforehand.

This was the worst experience of any hotel. They gave us a room four feet across from the front desk. The room was like a prison cell and ridiculously noisy all night. We could hear everything. No sleep. And their idea of a spa is basically an oversized bathtub. Just an absolute nightmare. And when we tried to complain we found that there was no one at the front desk in the evenings - just a phone number to call which no one answers. A total ripoff.

Solid 4 star hotel, but the spa was 5 stars. Our room was a bit cramped and tight for two people, but the location was perfect. We only stayed for one night so we didn’t mind. We easily walked to everything.

We loved our stay here! The location was ideal and our room was quiet and comfortable. The AC unit was quiet and worked well. The spa was a lovely bonus and went twice because it was so relaxing. Overall, Boutique Relais Borozzi & Spa is a gem in Rome. We highly recommend it.
