Mixed Bag
This hotel was a mixed bag. The staff were really great.. super friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of parking but there were a few things that weren’t great. When I arrived there was room service food trays out my door and two doors down with food on them. When I left they were still there. Food on the ground for 24 hours. Also I don’t recommend the $25 breakfast buffet. It was the same old crumbly eggs, greasy bacon and wilted sausage you get at every hotel. Not worth it.

Anniversary fun.
Every year my cousin's fly from Atlanta, we get together and celebrate our anniversaries. Theirs is on the 20th ours is on the 21st. This year we chose philadelphia. We chose the Sheraton hotel near the airport. We were so pleased with the location. We were so pleased with the hotel. We had a nice roomy rooms. The bed was so comfortable as well as a pillows. The girls at the front desk Lorraine and Leticia were very professional. They got us checked in and they made sure we had everything we needed. They took care of the situation with our parking and made sure we knew how to scan in and scan out. We were so happy with choosing the Sheraton and we would definitely stay there again. Even Pamela and Tony in the eatery area were very polite and helpful. We could not have asked for a better hotel. Thumbs up to the sheraton. And the next time we decide to come to Philly we will definitely be staying at the Sheraton.

Everything was honestly really good. I went by previous guest photos when booking and nothing looked dirty and nothing was when we arrived. Only thing was that our last night the AC wasn’t really kicking in. The room was at 74. But the AC was set at 65. It just wasn’t blowing hard enough so made it a little hot. But other than that, everything was really good. Breakfast was delicious. Staff was very friendly and helpful when needed as well.

Great PHL Option
The suite was very nice. Roomy, comfortable, clean. The bed and bedding were good. The staff was friendly and efficient. The shuttle to PHL was on time every 20 minutes. One caveat, the restaurant was definitely subpar.
