Disappointed 3 night stay

The property is a 5 mins walk downhill to the beach & some beach restaurants .Otherwise you need a car /ATV as it is a little isolated..quiet though. Breakfast was delivered to you each am from the restaurant owner .Good quality . Sadly we had problems with our A/C unit and had to move rooms twice . The staff tried hard to provide great service but need to be more proactive in providing 5* facilities and ensure everything is working properly. Not sure it was value for the cost per night.

Property was very clean and room was very spacious. We had the honeymoon suite and it contained 3 separate rooms (bedroom, living space, outdoor space w/hot tub). A small hotel with maybe a handful of rooms so it definitely feels quiet however, it is still very much convenient to reach the Port and Plaka by car. I would suggest renting a car as it is MORE convenient and cheaper than taking Ubers.

We had a great stay at Volcano! The staff were awesome (shout out to Milthos & Elena). The suite was very clean and in good shape, and was well kept every day. The complimentary breakfast was so good and always brought to us on time. The location is a bit removed from the rest of the popular areas of the island but an easy drive to get to places. The hotel was very close to Sirocco (amazing restaurant) and Aqua Loca (great beach club).

My partner and I loved our stay at Volcano Luxury Suites while in Milos! A thoughtful handwritten note was in our room upon arrival alongside complimentary bottles of water, a celebratory bottle of wine and a much needed tote bag with towels for the beaches. The room itself was beautiful, very comfortable and had a private outside space with a jacuzzi with a nice view of the ocean. Elena at the front desk was communicative, lovely and immensely helpful with recommendations across the island. We were able to place our breakfast orders each day via a tablet in our room and appreciated their awareness of our allergies (including but not limited to having gluten free bread). I highly recommend staying here!

Staying at Volcano Luxury Suites Hotel in Milos was a truly exceptional experience. The staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming, consistently going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. From arranging a rejuvenating massage appointment to providing personalized recommendations for local dining and events, their service was impeccable. Each morning began with a delicious breakfast that perfectly complemented the stunning view from the private patio. The room itself was a extremely clean featuring a beautifully designed interior and a jacuzzi for relaxation. The hotel’s prime location, just a few minutes' walk from Paliochori beach and excellent restaurants, made exploring the area effortless. Overall, Volcano Luxury Suites Hotel provided a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and top-notch service, making our stay unforgettable. We will most definitely be coming back and are so grateful for the warmth and kindness of the staff there.

Amazing 👏

We stayed here for 4 nights on our honeymoon and it was exceptional. The staff were amazing, breakfast every morning in your own garden/patio and only 1 minute from the most beautiful beach. Just to note though, there are no nearby shops so if you want snacks or suncream etc you will need to bring them with you.

Hotel room and the property grounds were beautiful. Service was also top tier . Miltos took great care of us and his exceptional attention to detail was appreciated. For example - my wife and I had mentioned to him that we have coffee many times a day. When we came back to our suite in the afternoon we had noticed a large bowl of espresso pods next to the usual four pods provided in the hotel. Little things like that show that the staff go above and beyond to treat the customers. Highly recommend staying at Volcano Luxury Suites

Food service a bit disastrous:day 1 wrong menu delivered, no hot water for coffee. Day 2: 15-18 min late only 1 item of 3 delivered due to high BBC wind electrical outage. We absolutely loved our stay in the Presidential Suite. The staff were incredibly helpful in anything we needed, the views and location were perfect. We walked down to the beach every morning and got incredible cappuccinos from Sirocco which is owned by the same people. The breakfast being delivered every morning to the patio was the best experience and it was so good. Highly recommend and we will be back!
